I appreciate them endlessly for all that they do, their responsiveness, and how much they clearly care that the residents are happy with their home. Special shout out to Lauren who has never left me hanging via email, call, or text - even when I'm having a panic moment about losing my car tag. Also worth noting is the maintenance team who not only do their job, but do It well.

I have lived with LPG in Richmond, VA since 2014 and have continually been impressed! Common spaces (like the gym and hallways) are always clean and well kept. Any issues that are brought to the leasing offices attention are handled in a very timely manner. The leasing office is easy to reach via text message or email. Maintenance is superb and everything is handled quickly and professionally. They are a great company to live with!
